ABOUT BIANCA

Bianca is a bi-cultural, bilingual Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. She received her Bachelor's in Social Work at Salem State University and her Master's in Social Work at the University of Maryland, Baltimore. She speaks Brazilian Portuguese.

Bianca loves working with people to find their inner peace. She specializes in working with adolescents and emerging adults 18-30 who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and increased life stressors such as major life changes and relationship issues. Together you will work together to identify your goals for you to live your most authentic life.

She uses both cognitive behavioral and mindfulness practices with clients to create a deeper understanding in the connections between thoughts and behaviors. In doing so, together you will discover any unhelpful patterns that are stopping you from reaching your inner peace.
