Deb Hurowitz graduated from Boston College’s School of Social Work and is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). By engaging with empathy and supportive reflection, using cognitive reframing, mindfulness, and exploration of emotion, relationship patterns, and coping techniques, Deb ensures client centered therapy.

Deb’s practice focuses on working with individuals, couples, and families of all ages living with Anxiety, Depression, and Stress; ADHD/Executive Function; Body Image/Disordered Eating; Parenting; Chronic Pain; Trauma; Self-Esteem.
