ABOUT MICHELE

 

Michele is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and has spent the past eight years providing therapeutic services to children and their families who have mental health challenges. This community based experience strengthened her relationships with local resources including schools and various service providers in the area.

Michele appreciates the opportunity to motivate children and their families to manage and overcome mental health challenges that include depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, self-esteem, social skill building, ADHD, and adjustment. Michele has worked with members of the LGBTQIA+ community.  Michele values that each client’s experience is unique, and that therapy is not a one method fits all approach.  Michele is an active, caring, and creative person who believes that each individual can reach their highest potential.
