ABOUT ALEXANDRA

Alexandra is a second-year clinical psychology doctoral student with a double concentration in Children and Families of Adversity and Resilience (CFAR) and health psychology. She integrates psychological health with physical/medical health into one comprehensive, holistic model of work. Alexandra received her Bachelor of Science in psychology from Anna Maria College, and is currently pursuing her master’s in professional psychology as well as her doctorate from William James College.

 

Prior to her education, Alexandra worked in the medical offices as a patient coordinator. She worked with individuals who came from many backgrounds, ethnicities, socio-economic statuses, and ages. Throughout the years, Alexandra has been volunteering with Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, dedicating her time to serving underserved youth. Alexandra’s approach to therapy is client-centered, empathetic, and compassionate, providing a safe and non-judgmental space with a value of a strong therapeutic relationship.
