This group welcomes those of you who have worked the frontline during the pandemic, including but not limited to doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, technicians, administrative staff, and emergency personnel

Rediscover yourself pre-pandemic 

• Objectives 

• Process experiences and emotions in a therapeutic group setting 

• Receive psychoeducation on trauma, anxiety, and stress 

• Develop healthy coping strategies, build insight, and strengthen self-awareness 

​

About the facilitator: The group will be facilitated by Chris Nathan, LMHC. As the spouse of a nurse who has worked in the COVID ICU throughout the pandemic, he has seen firsthand how being a frontline worker has affected people during this unprecedented time.
