Our lives can be full of uncertainty and sudden changes. This can often lead to us experiencing mental health challenges as well as an unhealthy amount of stress. Whether you have experienced significant loss, unexpected change, or you wish to begin your healing journey from the effects of trauma, I am glad to best assist you in obtaining a healthier and more fulfilled life.

My goal as a licensed independent clinical social worker is to provide for you a safe and neutral environment where clients can heal and grow. Everyone has a set of unique strengths and capabilities which will be used to your benefit to encourage the healing and learning process.

 

Within everyone is the strength and ability to overcome hardship. Everyone needs help at some point in their lives, and mental health counseling could be you next step towards healing.
